discomfort. A positive or expansive thought about yourself or others will open and expand the wings
of your heart! This is precisely why we practice mindfulness. Judgment, duality, criticism of Self only
lessens your experience of life on this planet! Emotional feedback creates a magnetism towards what
you want to create of your life and a repulsion towards what no longer serves you. The sensations of
your emotions are not trying to control your awareness. They are simply informing you of the choices/
reality you are making in Every Present Moment!

SO! What does this mean? It means to be constantly observant of the
choices you make. Notice when you constrict because of judgment or
negativity. Notice when you choose Fear instead of Trust. Notice when
you choose to criticize instead of accept. It All starts with Noticing! If
you do not notice, you cannot choose love over fear, or kindness over
anger.
